How to reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Jetta?

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 6, A6 - Years 2010-2018
Part: Service warning light

From the instrument cluster of the Volkswagen Jetta, you can completely clear the Service light by pressing and holding the 0.0/SET button located on the right side of the instrument cluster: while continuing to hold this button, insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to switch on the instrument cluster. This will cause the Service light to start flashing; then release the button and press the one on the left side of the cluster. This will clear the light, and you can switch off the cluster.
