How to Locate the Fuses and Understand the Diagrams in a Volkswagen Crafter

To locate the fuses and consult the relevant diagrams on a Volkswagen Crafter, open the driver's door and locate the side panel of the dashboard. Gently pry off the protective cover: behind it, you will find the first fuse box dedicated to the vehicle's internal systems. The back of the cover usually has a diagram indicating the position and function of each fuse. Then, open the bonnet and locate the second fuse box in the engine compartment, generally near the battery. Remove the top cover to access the main fuses and relays. Again, you will find a diagram printed on the cover or a legend indicating the amperage and function of each fuse. On some versions, there is an additional fuse box under the driver's or passenger's seat.
