How to replace the timing belt on the Volkswagen Jetta?

To replace the timing belt on the Volkswagen Jetta, lift the car so that the front right wheel is off the ground. Remove the wheel to access the inner wheel arch cover, which can then be taken off to reach the side of the engine. Here, loosen the bolts securing the tensioner pulley to reduce the tension on the timing belt. The old belt can now be removed and replaced with a new one, ensuring everything functions correctly.
