How to Disable the Start&Stop System on the Volkswagen Tiguan

Briefly, here are the instructions to temporarily disable the Start&Stop system on the Volkswagen Tiguan. First, get in the vehicle and turn on the instrument panel and the engine; then press the Start&Stop button located at the bottom of the central instrument panel, behind the gear lever, to temporarily disable the Start&Stop system. To reactivate this function, simply press the button again; the Start&Stop system will always be active on the first engine start, allowing you to disable it each time using the button.
