How to replace the heater fan on a VW Golf 5. In this video, see how to carry out the disassembly. Use a lever to remove the plastic under the front dashboard, then unscrew the cover (where the fan is located) with a screwdriver. Disconnect the large connector for the fan power supply, then remove it from the cabin. Insert a new fan (connect the power supply connector). Finally, reassemble the cover and tighten the screws. Check the correct installation of the previously installed parts and test their proper functioning.
