How to Remove the Cigarette Lighter Fuse on a VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

Is the cigarette lighter not working? Has the fuse blown? Here’s how to replace the fuse. Use a plastic lever to remove the cover on the dashboard on the driver's side (left side of the vehicle). Once you locate the fuses, use needle-nose pliers to pull out the damaged fuses from the compartment. After this, insert the new fuses into the designated slots in the fuse box. Test the vehicle's operation by turning on the ignition with the appropriate key. Close the fuse inspection box with the plastic cover.
