Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter socket located on the VW Passat?

The fuse for the cigarette lighter socket of the Volkswagen Passat model b3 is located inside the fuse box in the cabin, specifically behind the left side of the dashboard. The fuse in question is number 21, 15 Amps, amber yellow in color. In case of need to replace the fuse, we must: open the fuse box, removing the side of the dashboard and with a needle-nose pliers remove the damaged fuse and insert a new one with the same amperage. Once the fuse is replaced, the 12 Volt socket will start working again.
