Changing the Spark Plugs on a VW Polo

Do the spark plugs on your VW Polo need replacing? Here’s how to change them from the engine compartment. Open the engine bay and remove the engine cover panel as shown in the video. Disconnect the battery terminals. Remove the plastic engine cover, then detach the coil by hand and twist to remove it from the cylinder head. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head). Fit the new spark plug and insert it into the engine head with the socket wrench. Refit the coils, the engine cover panel, and close the bonnet. Start the car and check if it runs.
