How to Replace the Front Headlight Bulbs on a VW Polo

Let’s replace the front headlight bulbs on your Volkswagen Polo. Here’s how to remove them from the headlights. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Lift the front bonnet. Remove the headlight cover using a screwdriver or by hand if possible. Pull out the bulb holder from the headlight and extract the damaged bulbs with the help of a screwdriver. Fit the new bulbs (always of the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the housing. Refit the headlight cover on the Polo. Turn on and test the operation of the headlight bulbs on the Polo.
