In this video tutorial, you will learn how to replace the rear brake pads on a Volkswagen Golf Mk5. First, remove the rear wheel bolts and take off the wheel: at this point, apply some penetrating oil to the caliper bolts and use a 13 mm socket to loosen them: once removed, use a screwdriver to extract the caliper by pressing on the piston to retract it. Remove the old brake pads and insert the new ones, paying attention to the orientation and the clips present. Refit the caliper and mount the wheel!
