Removing the door panel on a Volkswagen Golf 5? Let's see how to dismantle the pieces. Remove the window switch panel located above the internal handle.

Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws located in the inner space of the panel. Unscrew all the screws of the door panel and detach the securing clips.

Pull the panel away with your hands and disconnect it from the door (unplug the wiring harness and the opening cable). Perform the desired maintenance inside the door.

Refit the new panel, tighten the securing screws, and reinstall the window switch panel.
