To replace the gear knob on this car, proceed as follows. Detach the square frame of the gearbox from the central tunnel (to do this, use a plastic lever if possible or vigorously pull the skin of the knob). At this point, overturn the fabric of the knob by pulling it upwards until you discover the band that holds the knob in the gearshift rod; remove the clamp with the help of pliers and pull the knob upwards. Once removed, you can insert the new piece by inserting the knob into the rod until it locks, fasten the clamp to the rod again and insert the frame in the central tunnel applying light pressure.
