Remove the Rear Bumper on Golf 4

Remove the rear bumper from the Golf 4? Here’s how to do it. Lift the tailgate to access the internal rear bumper. Access the back of the lights to remove the screws (remove the rear lights). Unscrew the securing screws located at the top of the bumper. Unscrew the screws located in the wheel arch liners and the screws at the bottom of the bumper. Remove the bumper from the body of the vehicle by hand. To proceed with the installation: position the bumper on the body of the vehicle by hand and tighten all the screws around the wheel arch liners and around its perimeter. Finally, secure the lights to complete the installation.
