Replace the Fuel Filter on New Beetle

Model: Volkswagen New Beetle MK 2, 9C - Years 1999-2012
Part: Fuel filter

Lift the car with a jack, then locate the position of the fuel filter. Disconnect the wires and various hoses from the fuel filter (unscrew the securing screws if present). Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle. Fit the new fuel filter under the vehicle floor (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the appropriate clips. Lower the car to the ground and test the vehicle's operation (start the engine with the ignition key). Replace the fuel filter with an identical one.
