How to pull the release cable for the fuel flap on the Polo if it is stuck? Here’s how to do it. Open and lift the boot lid. Access the fuel flap release motor. Unlock the plastic latch on the motor to release the lock. Once the fuel flap is open, remove the faulty part. Replace the damaged motor with a new one of the same type. Refit the internal cover of the boot after installing all parts. Test the operation of the fuel flap lock.
