Removing the Fan Resistor on a Volkswagen Golf Mk4

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the fan resistor from the cabin of a Volkswagen Golf Mk4. First, get inside the car and remove the lower part located under the glove compartment by taking out the plastic screws. Then, disconnect the electrical connector from the motor and use a 6 mm socket to unscrew the screws of the fan resistor. At this point, remove it and replace it with a new one. Reassemble everything by screwing in the new resistor and refitting the previously removed cover.
