Instructions for Removing the Crankshaft Position Sensor on a Volkswagen Passat

In this video tutorial, we will see the instructions on how to remove and replace the crankshaft position sensor on a second-generation Volkswagen Passat. First, open the bonnet of your car and remove the radiator fluid reservoir by unscrewing the securing screws; then locate the crankshaft position sensor at the bottom of the engine, which is positioned in line with the crankshaft. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor and unscrew the securing bolt to remove it.
