Replacing the Coolant Temperature Sensor

Open the bonnet and locate the temperature sensor under the windscreen. Remove the two hose clamps on the water duct to detach the control block.

The thermostat is installed on an aluminium elbow connected to various water hoses; to remove it, simply wiggle it firmly and pull it out. Install the new thermostat and proceed to reassemble the previously removed components. Refill the coolant if necessary and check for proper operation.
