Today we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the thermostat of the Volkswagen Passat 2.0 TDI. First, we open the hood of the car and start disassembling and removing the throttle body and its hose; then we disconnect the various thermostat pipes, letting the coolant drain into a container, as shown in the video. At this point, we unscrew the thermostat fixing screws to remove it, replacing it with the new one; we reassemble the new one and finally top up with the new antifreeze liquid, following the video tutorial until the end!
