Removing Door Panel for Replacement

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 5, A5 - Years 2005-2010
Part: Door trim panel

The tools needed for this operation are: a flat-blade screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a T25 Torx key, and a spatula. Remove the handle cover and unscrew the securing screws. Also unscrew all the screws from the panel and, using the spatula, gently remove the panel along the edges, carefully lifting it upwards. Carefully disconnect the electrical contacts, ensuring not to pull them out. Refit the new panel starting with the connection of the electrical cables. Position the panel upwards and then push it down until it clicks into place. Reinsert the screws.
