Replacing the Panel on a Golf 6

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 6, Golf VI, Golf 6, 5K1 - Years 2008-2012
Part: Door trim panel

Remove the cover panel of the Golf 6 if you want to replace it or work inside the door. Pry at the internal handle: remove the entire trim from above the panel. Unscrew the torx screws located inside the internal door handle across the entire surface. Release all the clips by prying around the perimeter of the door panel, then pull it away using your hands. Disconnect the opening lever cable, the window regulator connectors, and the speaker connectors. Work inside the door, then refit the cover panel by reversing the disassembly steps.
