How to Remove the Thermostat from a Volkswagen Transporter

Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Volkswagen Transporter. Begin by removing the entire air filter assembly and the associated hoses. At this point, proceed to remove the thermostat cover by unscrewing the relevant bolts. Once you have removed the thermostat cover, you can take out the thermostat, completing the removal. To fit the new thermostat and reassemble everything, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
