How to Change the Engine Oil of a Volkswagen Crafter

Model: Volkswagen Crafter 2E, 2F, MK 1 - Years 2006-2017

Before you can start, open the bonnet of your Volkswagen Crafter. Begin by unscrewing and removing the oil filler cap. Next, lift the front of your vehicle. This will give you access to the lower cover of the oil sump. Proceed to remove the lower cover by unscrewing the relevant fixing bolts. At this point, unscrew the lower oil drain nut. Once all the engine oil has drained out, re-screw the drain nut, then lower the front of the vehicle. When you complete this step, you can add new oil through the upper hole, then re-screw the filler cap, and the replacement will be complete.
