This guide shows how to remove and replace the cabin fan on a fifth-generation Volkswagen Golf in simple and quick steps. First, enter the vehicle from the passenger side and start removing the lower panel found under the glove compartment; to do this, undo the two securing screws as shown in the video. At this point, you will find the fan; to remove it, simply unscrew the securing screws on the sides and disconnect the power connector; replace it, if necessary, with the new one and reassemble everything!
