In today's video, you will learn how to open the second generation Volkswagen Tiguan with a flat remote battery; this procedure can also be applied to most models in the Volkswagen group. To open the vehicle mechanically, remove the plastic cover found on the handle; lever on the small hole underneath using something sharp. Once the mechanical lock is exposed, open the door with your remote key, as shown in the video. Replace the battery afterwards!
