Adjust the handbrake
Model: Volkswagen Polo

Start by lifting the two rear seat bases, then, using the appropriate slots, lift and remove the protective cover. Using a ratchet spanner, unscrew the nuts from the cover of the undertray to access the handbrake mechanism. Clean the interior of any dirt with a cloth. With a star-shaped spanner, adjust the stop on the tie rod arm and operate the handbrake to check its proper functioning; if not, repeat the operation. Refit the undertray with the nuts and carefully reposition the cover in its designated slots.
