Discover the procedure for removing and replacing the turbocharger on the fifth-generation Volkswagen Golf TSI in this guide. First, open the bonnet and remove the engine cover; then remove the intake duct and the turbo hose.

At this point, remove the metal shield and disconnect the high-pressure pipe; unscrew the nuts from the turbocharger's exhaust manifold and disconnect the various electrical connectors. Now, remove the fan and then the turbocharger, following the video until the end!
