How to Replace the Turbocharger on a Volkswagen Golf Mk4?

To replace the turbocharger on a Volkswagen Golf Mk4, open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay. The turbocharger is located at the rear of the engine block: it can be removed by loosening the bolts that secure the turbo pipes to the engine block. Additionally, disconnect the various connectors attached to the turbo sensors, sliding the turbo out from the top of the engine bay. Once the old turbocharger has been removed, you can install the new one by connecting and securing it properly.
