Replacing the headlight bulb in the Volkswagen Golf 7 is a simple operation, however, the unit must first be completely removed. In this videotutorial we can see how to proceed. With a Torx screwdriver, we unscrew the 3 screws of the upper bracket of the headlight, we unscrew the 4 screws of the central bracket of the radiator and remove the grille. At this point we proceed to remove the 3 screws that hold the headlight firmly to the frame inside the engine compartment and disconnect the connector. Finally, we loosen the wheel arch by unscrewing the two external screws and remove the two bolts indicated. Finally we will be able to remove the headlight from its seat and we will be able to replace the bulb, simply by turning the bulb holder anticlockwise to extract it and clockwise to tighten it.
