Operation: How to open the Volkswagen Polo remote control and replace the battery?

Once the Volkswagen Polo remote control battery has been discharged, it must be replaced, this video tutorial shows us the steps to follow. We need a flat tool like a screwdriver or a small knife, and obviously the spare battery, model CR2032. To proceed with the replacement, first we extend the emergency key and in its slot we identify the small slot at half height. We insert the screwdriver into this slot, pry it up and separate the remote control in two. In turn, we separate the lower half in two and we will have access to the battery. Replace it respecting the polarity and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
