In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the instrument cluster display on a Volkswagen Golf 5. To do this, you must first disassemble the entire cluster. Once done, remove the front part by unlocking the clips around the perimeter. Next, remove the rectangular film, taking care to remember its orientation. The next step is to remove the display block; you can do this by unlocking the connector located underneath it, being very careful not to damage the circuit. At this point, you can replace the display and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure. Ensure that the connector is properly connected.
