Instructions for Removing the Headlining on a Volkswagen Tiguan

Model: Volkswagen Tiguan 5N, MK 1 - Years 2007-2016

Learn how to remove the headlining from a first-generation Volkswagen Tiguan by following these simple instructions. First, disconnect the battery terminals; then get inside the car and start by removing the interior light fixture, prying at the sides and disconnecting the electrical connectors at the back. Next, remove the sun visors along with their supports by unscrewing the screws, and similarly, take off the grab handles. Now remove the side plastic pillars and finally pry at the edges of the headlining to detach it, as shown in the video.
