Replace Fuel Filter on VW Beetle

Let’s see how to replace the fuel filter on a VW Beetle. The filter is located under the engine compartment of the car, so lift it with a jack. Disconnect the wires and various hoses from the fuel filter, then detach it from its housing. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Fit the new fuel filter under the car floor: reconnect the hoses and electrical wires, and secure the filter. Lower the car and start the vehicle for a functionality test. Check the proper fuel delivery from the engine.
