How to Replace the Brake Pads on a Volkswagen Bora

Before you begin, ensure the vehicle is in first gear and the handbrake is engaged. Start by lifting the car with the jack provided by the manufacturer and remove the wheel using the wheel nut spanner that is also part of the standard equipment. Once the wheel is removed, you will have access to the brake disc and the associated pads. Proceed to remove the two plastic caps covering the screws that secure the brake caliper. Next, remove these screws. Once removed, you can detach the brake caliper from its mount, allowing access to the worn pads, which can be removed by simply pulling them out. To fit the new pads and reassemble everything, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have correctly completed the replacement.
