Volkswagen Bora - Video tutorial
Model: Volkswagen Bora
MK 6
- Years 1998-2005 Before we can start, we will need to check that the car has the first engaged and the handbrake on. So let's start by lifting the car with the special jack provided by the parent company and removing the wheel, using the bolt wrench which is also part of the standard kit of the car. Once the wheel has been removed, we will have reached the brake disc and its pads. We then proceed with removing the two plastic caps that cover the screws that secure the brake caliper. Next we will have to remove these screws. Once removed, we will be able to disengage the brake caliper from its support, thus reaching the worn pads, which we can remove simply by extracting them. To assemble the new pads and close everything, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and we will have completed the replacement correctly.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto? To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood. by ScegliAuto More videos
