To install the reversing camera on the Volkswagen Golf 6, connect the camera wiring to the car radio, routing all wires under the seals or beneath the pillar covers. Once the cables reach the tailgate, detach the inner panel by unscrewing the fixing screws.

You can then insert the reversing camera and secure it in its housing; after installation, check that the camera is functioning by remounting the tailgate panel.
