In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the radio in a Volkswagen New Beetle, which is necessary if you want to return to factory settings. Before doing this, you must obtain your unlock code, which can be found either on the information sticker provided at purchase or from an official dealership. Once you have the code, turn on the instrument cluster and press the "SCAN" button and the right arrow button simultaneously; this will put the radio into "Safe" mode. At this point, you can enter the code using the buttons numbered 1 to 4.
