How to reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Volkswagen Tiguan

The tyre pressure warning light can illuminate in various situations: the sensors send a signal to the control unit when there is low pressure in the tyres. The first thing to do is to take the vehicle to a petrol station to check the tyre pressure, or to a tyre shop, or better yet, if you have a compressor with a pressure gauge at home. Once the tyre pressures are restored, get in the vehicle, engage the handbrake, insert the key, and switch on the instrument panel; press and hold the button located at the top of the control lever on the right to scroll through the SETTINGS MENU, look for the "Tyre Pressure" option, and press the RESET button on the control lever. The display will show the SAVE option; at this point, press the OK button on the control lever and confirm with the OK button again.
