After flattening the head, it is always advisable to check its perfect flatness using a ground bar and a thickness gauge in order to exclude any deformations; the same operation must be repeated on the cylinder base. Once the perfection of the surfaces has been ensured, rework the threads of the cylinder head fixing holes, taking care not to allow any chips to end up in the cylinders. Finally, position the new gasket and then the cylinder head by tightening the pins with a crossed pattern and the correct torque, using both the graduated and the dynamometric wrench.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308

If we need to change the time on this car we can follow the instructions given in this video tutorial and read the instructions below. First of all, access the driver's seat and turn on the ignition.
