Removing the Indicator Stalk from the Volkswagen Golf Mk4

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf IV, MK 4, Golf 4 - Years 1997-2003

This video shows how to remove the indicator stalk from the Volkswagen Golf Mk4, as well as from the Bora and Jetta. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel airbag by disconnecting the electrical connector at the back; then use a T55 torx key to unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel, as shown in the video. After removing the steering wheel, unscrew the screws of the plastic cover using a T20 torx key; then disconnect the electrical connector and remove the entire assembly, including the indicator and wiper stalk!
