To replace the headlamp bulb on a Passat B8, remove the cover located inside the wheel arch corresponding to the bulb that needs replacing. After removing this cover, you can extract the bulb from its housing and disconnect it from its connector. Then, connect the new bulb to the connector and insert it back into its housing. Once the replacement is done, close the housing by inserting the appropriate cover and ensure the bulb is functioning.
