To replace the roof of a Volkswagen Golf, disconnect all internal components that prevent the removal of the lining: first, remove the cover of the front central interior light. Next, loosen the screws securing the handles and sun visors; then, by lowering the plastic covers of the door pillars, you can completely detach the lining, extracting it from the rear of the car. At this point, insert the new roof, securing all the removed components afterwards.
