To remove the front door of the Volkswagen Polo, open the door itself and move the internal seal halfway up: here you will find various cables and connectors that must all be completely disconnected. Additionally, the two bolts located inside the door and the one corresponding to the latch must all be unscrewed.

Once all the bolts have been removed, you can detach the door from its housing so that a new one can be inserted: this must then be properly secured and connected.
