If the air filter inside the engine compartment of your Volkswagen Passat B7 is excessively worn and you want to replace it with a new one, just put the following steps into practice. First turn off the car completely and raise the front hood. Locate the air filter box in the lower right area of the engine compartment and proceed with the removal of all the various screws on the perimeter of the cover. Once this is done, remove the cover itself and proceed with the replacement of the air filter. Finally, replace the cover correctly and tighten the various screws.
