Instructions for Removing Front Seat

Model: Volkswagen Jetta MK 5, A5 - Years 2005-2010

The seats of the vehicle in question are equipped with an electric adjustment system: therefore, it is advisable that the battery is efficient to activate the adjustment; move the height adjustment to the maximum height possible and then slide the seat backwards to access the front fixing pins and remove them; now slide the seat forward to access the rear pins and remove them; finally, reposition the seat more or less in the centre, move it from its seat, and disconnect the control connectors and those of the airbag; at this point, it is possible to remove the seat from the cabin.
