How to Replace Your Car's Airbag

Replacing the airbag in your car is not that difficult and can be done independently. The first technical step is to remove the steering column cover. To do this, ensure the car is secure to avoid any unpleasant issues or surprises. Once the steering wheel is removed, go to the engine bay to disconnect the cables that could cause problems. Specifically, locate the engine and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. After this, take the steering column cover and turn it with the inner side facing you. This way, you will have a clear view of the two pins that secure the airbag inside, which you will need to work on to extract it.
