Replacement of the Front Bonnet Release Tab

The front bonnet lock, for safety reasons, is a double-action mechanism. The first click opens from inside the cabin, and the second is released via a lever or tab located beneath the bonnet itself. This prevents accidental openings. The tabs are generally made of plastic and can easily become damaged. Once the bonnet is opened using pliers or a screwdriver, remove the safety pin and the fixing pin of the old tab, extract it from its seat, and insert the new one by applying the pin and the new safety pin.
