How to Unlock the Radio in a Volkswagen Polo?

To unlock the radio in a Volkswagen Polo, you need to detach the protective trim surrounding the device in the centre of the dashboard: by loosening the screws underneath and disconnecting the connectors, you can pull the radio out of its housing. The serial number, written on the sticker on the top and highlighted in the video, must be entered in the designated box on the website mentioned in the tutorial. By entering the serial number, you will receive the radio unlock code via email, which must then be entered to unlock the device.
