How to Reset the Service Light in the Volkswagen Gol?

Resetting the service light in the Volkswagen Gol does not require special tools or advanced mechanical skills. The reset involves just two steps. The first step is to turn the key to position 1, turning on the dashboard without starting the engine. The second step requires you to press and hold the "set" button located below the instrument cluster. Hold it for at least 10 seconds until the light turns off. Note that the service light does not have a sensor, and its activation is solely due to having driven a certain number of miles.
