Checks and Replacement of Car Coil

One common issue that can occur is related to the coil, which regulates the spark of the spark plugs. You need to perform tests to ensure that the problem with your car is indeed caused by the coil. Once it is confirmed through these tests that the issue is the coil, you can proceed with its replacement. Disconnect the ignition control unit connector and unscrew the two securing bolts with a ratchet spanner. Then, lift the coil pack upwards, being careful not to pull too hard. After this, you can install the new control unit, ensuring the high-voltage connectors are positioned correctly.
