In this video tutorial, see how to replace the cabin filter on a Volkswagen Golf 7. First, purchase a new cabin filter. Next, get inside the vehicle, engage the handbrake, and open the glove compartment. Press down on the glove compartment stops; now the glove box can be unlatched from its housing. Once lowered, you can see the cabin filter box; now unclip the three clips on the cabin filter cover, remove the old filter, and clean the box with a clean cloth. Apply a sanitising product to both the filter and inside the housing; position the new cabin filter and reassemble all parts in reverse order.
